Solution:
Use the 'Compatibility' option in the 'Options' dialog box. Select the replacement font in the 'Font Substitution' drop-down list box.
1) Open a document which needs font substitution.
2) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
3) Click 'Compatibility' tab.
Compatibility
4) Click 'Font Substitution...'. (The Font Substitution dialog box appears.)
5) Select the missing font from the 'Missing Document Font' group in the 'Substituted Font' dialog box.
6) Select the font to be substituted for the missing font from the 'Substituted Font' drop-down list box.
7) Do one of the following:
a) Click 'OK' to substitute all references to the missing font with the substitute font.
b) Click 'Convert Permanently...' to permanently replace all references to the missing font with the substituted font.
NOTE: When 'OK' is selected, all references to the missing font REMAIN in the document; the substitute font is used to display and print the text in the missing font. When 'Convert Permanently' is selected, all references to the missing font are PERMANENTLY REPLACED with the substituted fonts; the 'Font Substitution' dialog box will no longer be available in the current document.
8) Click 'OK'.
